Tragantía

La Tragantía is a myth of the Iberian Peninsula, of the Castillo de Yedra in the Cazorla mountains. According to legend, a muslim king locked her daughter in the castle when the christians were attacking, and since they lost the battle no one came back to free her. The years passed, and she turned into a monster with a snake tail who lurked in the castle for unsuspecting visitors.
Huion organised "Rewrite the myths" contest, so I thought, what if she used all that time in the castle to become an expert in historical heritage and archaeology? So here is my reinterpretation of a historian Tragantía.
